I have the impression that Themler is going to bankruptcy. It looks like developers are absent from the forum. We wait for the response from the support for months, as if Themler dismissed the people responsible for the support. Once, after asking a question, I had a response within 1-2 days, now it happens that there is no answer at all. I asked a question in private topic 3 months ago and no one has answered to this day.
I pay for the most expensive version and feel a bit cheated due to ignoring my support questions. Because, as I understand it, support also comes with the subscription price
I'm starting to seriously wonder if I should not resign from Themler before it goes bankrupt and do not turn to, for example, [...].
P.S.
I found something. It looks like Themler is no longer being developed and is being replaced by Nicepage. It promises to be interesting but why, since I paid for Themler in March, should I now buy a new product? And it will be difficult for me to trust a company that deals with its clients. In my opinion, if Themler finishes software development, it should be visible on the site. And I think that since Themler is no longer being developed, customers who have active licenses for Themler should get free Nicepage licenses valid until the end of Themler subscription. But it's still a bit cheat if I knew that Themler would not be further developed - I would not prolong the license.
