Problems Loading the home page in desktop themler

Hi there,
I have today downloaded the up to date themler as i have extended for another year, only to find that when i load a new or old theme i am greeted with the 404 page.
I have enclosed the diagnostics file in the hope that you can find a mutual solution to this problem
I was useing the older version of themler and had the same problem hence trying to up grade to see if this would iron out the problem ( but sadly to no avail).
I had a similer problem with themler using the uploaded untitled template to build a template that way, I then found the solution
1. make sure the themler template was the default while editing.
2. going into the main menu and manually changing the defoualt page on the home menu item.
3. problem solved.
I sadly am not able to find a solution to this however.
I also installed the version of artesteer that allows you to export art files into themler files.
so feeling rather disappionted about this as i was hoping to spend the weekend converting my art files.
your help would really be much apriciated.

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

hi, i did try all above as i found a post on here but still had the problem ????
I was also thinking that basically themler desktop installs its own msql and apache etc that it might have clashed with my install of wamp server???.
but have setup a localhost site for now and so fare all is good.

I am really getting fedup off this now as i cant use the deskktop app as i wanted too to export all my artisteer themes.
i have tried everything you are suggesting and the app workks for 1 time then i get an error message.
i uninstalled chrome and themler and installed firefox.
when i first started themler it asked me what browser i prefered to use and i selected firefox and i was able that time to use it.
so thinking this was okay i installed chrome again and the problem starts all over again.
I need to use chrome as all my other apps are important.
I have tried everything i can. also keep getting this error that i have attached.
127.0.0.1:12080 says retry ???????????????????????????????

I also forgot to mention that there are 2 themler exe files within themler folder ???
if i cant get this sorted i will be contacting paypal for a refund

Hello,

Please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Meanwhile consider installing default Themler theme from our website on your hosted CMS or in a CMS on your localhost - you will be able to import the themes there.

I have tried this and it works for 1 time and then stops
I have tried to start a new theme and the 404 page comes up still.
I have started a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I purchaseed this to import my artisteer files.
I hjave the version of artisteer that can export to themler.
i have tried to import also and .
I either get a error saying themler can only import joomla templates, the theme i have only just saved to zip to be vused for themler.
your product is floored.
I will not rest until i get my money back.
as you are selling a product that doesn't work.

I AM NOT LOSING £58 THIS IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME.

Please can you tell me what is happining??
with me downloading the nicepage app for business is not going to cost you anything.
i have looked at nicepage it would do for my needs and if i had known all this was going to happen i would have purchased nicepage first.
i put my email into the subscriptions page and for the business with my discount would cost $77 only $6 more than the amount i paid to you being $71
I think this is totally acceptable.
and i have been a customer of yours since artisteer first came out. surely i must be compansated for this??

PRO please. you know i really dont want to fallout with anyone with this its just i have been a long standing customer and always want to be!!.
one of my sites is going to be for templates / promote apps that people can click on a link and download your products.
i would like to use your products and eventually sell my templates i create in artisteer nicepage etc.
