Downloading Billion Themes

Do you mean that you tried to import a theme from the library?

I was not using a URL for the download I was using the link located under the file tab on Themler. Attached is an image of the link, at the bottom of the image is the link, "Import From Billion Themes".

The following are all zip files. I downloaded these from this site, "http://templates.themler.io/Themes/Index?Search.Page=true&sorter=Newest".

The ones I attempted to use from the link as shown in the image are named
DC Studio (Static) - Joomla!™ Template -- ID 1884795
Airtrans - Joomla!™ Template -- ID 1883520

The .zip files mentioned first are sections. The easiest way to insert them into your theme is from the Insert tab >> Section >> From Library - you may use section ID like 1896702 for quick search.

I have just tested both themes for Joomla and they can be imported without any issues. However, if you have a newer Joomla version, 3.9, it is recommended to download each theme first, then import it in Themler desktop, update to the latest Themler version, then export and install on your website.
