Hi,

I left a message yesterday, which you kindly answered, but I am unable to reply as something has gone wrong on your site and says I have to login. As you can see I am logged in?

So, adding beta did fix the problem in Safari. I normally use Firefox though for development and always have done with Themler and this now loads the interface, but no theme. In Chrome I can't login. I am using OS X Mojave and have the latest version.

Themler seems to be getting very flaky lately, has support been pulled away for your new product? If so I hope Themler customers will get a free upgrade?

Kind regards

Gareth

Hello Gareth,

We still provide support for Themler, though sometimes it may take time.

If the editor is loaded but stays blank, most likely it is cache issue. If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
