404 page when I click Joomla Admin Panel ?

When I click the Joomla Admin tab in Themler. The page on my browser opens the following message on the web page.

Not Found
The requested URL /themler_1187065078/joomla/templates/untitled/app/index.php was not found on this server.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Try opening this link in a browser http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_2776985016/joomla/administrator/
Make sure you have set some default menu item (marked it as Home) in joomla admin panel (if you manage to open joomla site in general).
