Can't Edit Template in Joomla

Hi - just moved a site from the subdomain http://develop.absweb.ca to the root domain http://www.absweb.ca and now I can't edit the template. it gives me a 404 invalid URL error (see screenshot attached). I am assuming I need to update something in the template to reflect the new URL. I have moved dozens of sites and this is the first time I have run into the issue.

Solved the issue. There is a new joomla extension called "blank page" I was using for the front page. It was not allowing the templates to load in the themler editor.

Thank you for letting us know the result.
I was going to suggest checking this article http://answers.themler.io/articles/65513/themler-themes-issues-joomla-virtuemart#404-error and also to disable 3rd party plugins.
