Hello,
It may be a caching issue. Is the cart updated if you add products in a regular way with the plugin disabled? Does the issue happen with a non-Themler theme?
Sincerely,
Nettie
Yea, seems caching issue, it works now. Thanks very much
Yea, seems caching issue, it works now. Thanks very muchI faced a similar issue with WooCommerce Product Addons where the extra fields didn’t show up in the cart after submission. What helped me was reaching out to trusted partners who understand the process well—just like how partnering with vapeversewholesale.co.uk means choosing a reliable ally committed to your success. They streamline the wholesale experience and make finding the right products easier. Sometimes having the right support can make all the difference in fixing issues quickly and staying ahead in the business with quality and excellence.

[1]: https://vapeversewholesale.co.uk/I had this exact same issue a while back with WooCommerce Product Addons. The custom fields would show up perfectly on the product page but then just vanish from the cart, super frustrating. Turned out it was a caching conflict on my end. Once I cleared the object cache and flushed the CDN it started working again. If you're still dealing with stuff like this or running into weird plugin conflicts, I'd honestly recommend getting someone who knows WooCommerce inside and out to take a look. The folks over at https://digitalroxy.com have been really solid with this kind of thing, they helped me sort out a bunch of theme and plugin compatibility headaches and got everything running clean. Definitely worth reaching out if you're stuck.
