Hi,
I'm using
XAMPP for iMac (Apache 2.4.41, MariaDB 10.4.6, PHP 7.2.22)
Joomla 3.9.11

After MacOS update I can't any longer edit and save Themler theme

I'm very stressed, I've tried any combination even reinstall everything a lot of times but nothing works

I got this error:

Screenshot-2019-09-10-at-16.25.43.png

the permissions are 777 to all the htdocs folder and subfolder ...

What should I do?

Thanks
Nancy

Hello,

Does the issue persist if you install a new Themler theme in your CMS on localhost?

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hi Nettie,
yes, the problem persists.

I worked around this problem by deleted manually from the database (and the corresponding folders too) all the themler plugins and all the themler themes and install them again.

I don't know why but this problem happens every time I upgrade my MacOS 🙄

Do you have any clue about that?

Thanks
Nancy

Hello Nancy,

Thanks for letting us know. Looks like every time the system is upgraded, the permissions to some folders or to Xampp in general are changed somehow. Unfortunately, we cannot say exactly.

Sincerely,
Nettie
