I wouldn't have renewed if I were you. I've been a Themler user for almost five years and I've seen their competitors build better website builders in fewer years. I decided not to renew my subscription a year ago and I do not regret it. There are better alternatives out there on the market. I've spent a lot of money on Themler but I've never been able to use it to the full.

Sorry Themler team but it's true. I have to be honest. I have never published anything created in Themler. There are always lots of bugs. If you solve one problem, five new problems appear. You take far too long to fix these bugs. You can't sell that to your clients, it's embarrassing!

You have a unique product I must admit, but the development takes too long and I will not contribute with more money to your company and I can not understand how other people can do, but it is up to them.

Sorry if I took over your forum posts partner5. Last update is over a year old, come on! Nah, you need to think strongly about your decision here. Where is the currency of our money? There are many better options on the web to choose from. I have tried most of them myself. Unfortunately, I can't recommend any on a Themler forum and you can probably understand that.

Cheers

Thanks for your point of view Jonne. I've already found some alternatives instead of Themler. Just want to hear what people think, I've been using Themler for only 2 years and I'm not completely satisfied.

No problem buddy. I have never been really satisfied either but I have never complained about their product either. I have always had that little hope that it will be better but I have realized that it takes far too long before something good and exciting gets done here.

What are the alternatives for Joomla?

Too bad they are so blind to the fact this move will kill them.

It is a stylish and professional website that you have built. Themler is not a bad product so don't get me wrong but, Themler could have been much better and more stable at this point with the right team developing it.

Themler is great for creating a website for yourself but if you are going to sell themes to other clients then Themler is not the best option. That is my opinion.

There are options for Joomla also.

As I wrote to "partner5" in my previous reply, Themler is a unique product that could have been great but it does not have any real competitors. As far as I know, there are only two major "Theme Builders" on the market and that is Themler and TemplateToaster. TemplateToaster is not as powerful as Themler.

A theme builder like Themler is a fun way to create your own theme from scratch to use on your own website. If you want to sell themes or build a website to clients, then it becomes a problem. Your customers have to buy a subscription from Themler in order to make their own changes. They also need to learn how to use Themler and it's a challenge for anyone considering the small selection of tutorials here. Most companies want to be able to change and build on their websites themselves today. A Themler theme cannot compete with a theme from Themeforest and I can guarantee you that! The themes that they sell on Themeforest are so well developed.

My tip to you is to stop using Theme Builders and start using Page Builders instead. If you want more information about the benefits of page builder, I can try to write a list for you but the best thing is to try them yourself and try to understand their benefits yourself. I was skeptical myself until I tried and I left Themler straight away without blinking as soon as I understood the benefits and power of a page builder. There are obviously good and worse page builders out there. Don't forget that these are my opinions only, but don't be afraid to try something new.

I know you have been a very active user over the years "DaveOzric". You have left a lot of good feedback here on the forum. In fact, I am very surprised that you are still sponsoring this Themler project.

I am still holding out some hope, even though the last support ticket I opened never got answered. So I will need to prepare for the worst I guess.

I am sure of one thing. If I have to redo 40 sites because of this, it won't go unnoticed.

Hello,

Last release was this year (v484) but since it was Beta it wasn't included in the release notes.

If you hesitate to extend the update period or not, you can wait until next release is out. In this case you can see if you need new version (which is already out) and the update period will start from the day you pay for it.

Themler is a great template designing tool, I am constantly using it on my website, you can also continue to use it.> Thanks for your point of view Jonne. I've already found some alternatives instead of Themler. Just want to hear what people think, I've been using Themler for only 2 years and I'm not completely satisfied.

Can you please let us know which alternatives found ????

Hello.

As Themler not get Major updates anymore and have less support, then did you plan to reduce it price? The reason to get active subscription is only for update an old Themler theme to work properly with last PHP... no other reasons.

Please be honest with your future plans and with your users.

We don't plan a major release in the near future, though critical issues will be fixed.

If so, is current price for subscription is honest?

Why can't you spend any time on updating this?

Maybe it's honest to give lifetime subscription to all existing Themler users? And reduce price for new users.

Will never happen before people stop paying for this product. I have seen many who have threatened to leave Themler here on this forum, but many remain.
