I already deleted the cache, but that did not help.

Does the issue appear in Themler desktop? If so, please try the following:
try to rename the following folder into joomla-old and try to run Themler once again:
C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla
Then update the theme in question to the latest Themler version.
This should help.

According to the error message, the marked path in the attached screenshot does not exist.
The autoload.php is located directly in the directory '/var/www/uigmbh.de/htdocs/administrator/components/com_autotweet'

Remember that the internal local engine inside the desktop application runs on an older, fixed PHP environment. If you try to paste modern PHP code blocks or functions that require PHP 8 into a custom HTML control block inside the desktop editor, it will instantly throw an internal server error.
