I have attached a zipped word file with screen-shot that show my step by step attempt.
I am unable to create a zip file (joomla template with content) that I like to export to joomla.
I am very familiar with joomla and artisteer. Please help.

Hello,

The issue is that Themler Personal subscription doesn't include Themler for Joomla. You may upgrade for the price difference, for example, to Themler Business. For this please click Upgrade next to your existing subscription to view the prices. But please do not enter your Artisteer license code once more, you have already used it.
