I see that you have ordered a Themler subscription using this Artisteer license previously. So it is not needed to use it twice. Please try the following.
1. Open http://themler.io/purchase and you will see on the top your expired subscription
2. Click "Upgrade" button next to it.
3. You will see the price for upgrade for your subscription.
