A nice feature that could be build based upon the available bootstrap framework that would truly help to create not only great themes but also great content is a WYSIWYG editor for the content.

It would be nice for instance to create columns and blocks of content in the content editor of Wordpress and use the bootstrap framework that is implemented in themler. It would be a nice addition for content editors.

I do something similar last few days to teach how it works.

Try and report back how it goes. It goes well with one hidden Page template where you have your controls to give styling in CSS on Save. You work somehow in half-blind but it goes.

It is just 2 class names (numbers) you have to change from case to case, not much work. But you will need to open PHP file and see them.
Check my posts, there is one nice snippet that shows you template name on site and inside Themler in right-bottom.
