Hiya

I found information on this error from other users.
I switched Virtuemart off and was able to access my theme.
There was no Themler update available, I am running v 4.8.4

I have updated the whole site but, if I come out of the theme, I can't access it again unless I switch of virtuemart.

please can you help?

Hello,

Support for the latest Virtuemart is included into the latest Beta - v.487, so you may need to enable Beta update notifications in your profile to see this update. After you update and save the theme, Virtuemart can be enabled again.
