Themler v493 Beta: Compatibility with WordPress 5.3

Hello,

Themler supports WordPress 5.3 starting with 493 Beta release. It is strongly recommended to update Themler theme first before updating WordPress Core to version 5.3.

Those users, who have updated WordPress to v 5.3 and encountered error with Themler themes, need to open these themes with Themler Desktop, update to v 493 and re-export to WP. If there is no copy of the theme on the local drive, it is possible to get it from the server where your site is. For this access your site via FTP, open wp-content/themes folder, zip the folder of the required theme and open it with Themler Desktop.

Against to your advice I did the update of WP 5.3 first before updating the theme now. Seems to work fine, no error massages anymore. Shall I nevertheless reproduce your steps above?

Thanks for taking care of the incompatibility, I have a lot of website still on Themler that could malfunction.

Nicepage is great but older websites need to stay online too ;)

Getting "Server Error, Server Unavailable, Retry" when loading theme in Themler on Desktop on Mac attempting to upgrade the theme.

Also got this error when attempting to upgrade online in Firefox and Safari.

Wordpress was updated in all 93 of my sites to 5.3.2.

I downgraded Wordpress in one of my sites online to 4.9.13.
An older Themler theme version 1.0.530 is STILL giving SERVER ERROR, SERVER UNAVAILABLE, RETRY when attempting to load and upgrade.

A newer Themler theme, version 1.0.961 loads and saves properly in Firefox.

Please advise next steps.

NO; desktop, and online, both say "unable to save theme. server is unavailable".
Pls see my ticket 195194 - my Website LOGIN Credentials for you to login and fix this issue.
PS I just repurchased the themler w/ ecommerce.
My bigger issue is, the shopping cart won't allow changes (add/delete products).
and also this issue:

Love your product usually but you guys really gotta do something about these support items.
Automated response email would go a long way.
As would someone saying "we're working on it"...
and IF (as i read) the same error for a non-renewed license same error as program error, say which is which to offset some of the support load, by crikey.

5 (Five) other of my sites on Themler just updated no problem and fixed the error; I was worried they're all in trouble. But fixed by your update. HOWEVER, the 1 remains with an issue. Thank you for responding quickly, I didn't see the notification in my email. I look forward to your continued assistance working it out.

I can't update my theme !
Could you please tell me what to change manually ?
