Hello themler,

More and more often the following bugs happen: Can't connect to Themler.
After the first window, there comes another window but it is still not possible to connect.

This bug has been around for several weeks and nothing has been done!

Thank you for your help

Pasca

Hello Pascal,

The issue happens on your website, right? Please try these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

If the issue is present after this, please try to exclude anything that may block Themler from connecting to servers - like browser add-ons, VPN, firewall, antivirus, CMS security plugins and other plugins, other third-party programs on the computer. The issue is not common, so the reason must be either on the computer or on the website/hosting server.

Sincerely,
Nettie
