Hello Pascal,
The issue happens on your website, right? Please try these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
If the issue is present after this, please try to exclude anything that may block Themler from connecting to servers - like browser add-ons, VPN, firewall, antivirus, CMS security plugins and other plugins, other third-party programs on the computer. The issue is not common, so the reason must be either on the computer or on the website/hosting server.
