Move sidebar below content on tablet in Wordpress

Please can you tell me how to get the sidebar to drop below the content on screens which are smaller than laptops?
On mobile view this works, but on a tablet it does not.
ihave spent hours trying to work it out.

Hello David,

Try tweaking the width at which the view changes to Phone under Home -> Settings:

Test different width for tablets, or maybe set the width for Phone to 715px, tablets to the width you have for laptops.
