Here 's the example of my website under construction to see the problem :
http://tipi-com.com/J3/
I can't manage to make the links work the right way. There is no explanation to make it work the same way that in the example : http://i2385922.joomla.23.preview1-live.billiondigital.com/
with my own links. When I click on them they apparently lead me to the targets defined by the template with its own links but not where I want them to go !

Hello,
I've just visited your site and tested the horizontal menu links. All of them are working and scroll to the selected section.
Have you managed with the issue?
Or may be I misunderstood anything?

Regards,
Aileen
