efekt wejścia na stronę

Same thing can be achieved if you apply Animation effect (fade in) to the elements on your page (header, content, etc.). See example attached.

Animation effect can be applied to only individual elements.

On the site example you have provided, it is applied to the header (banner), but since this banner takes almost entire screen height, the effect is as if the page in general fades in.

na tej stronie nie ma bannera a ten efekt pojawiania też jest. Więc to nie jest efekt dla poszczególnego kontenera https://www.raden.pl/pl/outsourcing.html

Sorry, I wasn't able to open https://www.raden.pl/pl/outsourcing.html

But I opened https://www.raden.pl/outsourcing though it doesn't have fade-in effect.
