Themler core not appearing in dashboard of wordpress

I have this problem:
For a new wordpress project I would like to use Themler to design the theme.
I've installed and activated the themler core plugin (version 0.2.22) but Themler doesn't appear in the wordpress dashboard.
How can I start developing a theme if I can't reach themler from within the dashboard?

I've tried importing a new theme built with Themler-app and exported as zip with Include themler for customizing this theme. I've imported this theme in wordpress but Themler doesn't show up, even after activating themler core distributed with the theme as a zip file.

I'm using wordpress 5.2.5.

This is a screenshot with 2 dashboards (Wordpress). The left one has Themler in the dashboard, the right one is missing Themler.
Although I've installed the blank themler theme, and activated the theme.
Themler-core plugin is activated also.
I followed the instructions on https://themler.io/Download/WordPress
Any idea?

Hello Mark,
Could you please try the following:

1) disable all 3d party plugins and see if it helps
2) check this article https://answers.themler.io/articles/65515/themler-themes-issues-wordpress-woocommerce

Ok,
I've modified define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true) to define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false);
This solved my issue.
