Themler core not appearing in dashboard of wordpress

This is a screenshot with 2 dashboards (Wordpress). The left one has Themler in the dashboard, the right one is missing Themler.
Although I've installed the blank themler theme, and activated the theme.
Themler-core plugin is activated also.
I followed the instructions on https://themler.io/Download/WordPress
Any idea?

Could you please try the following:

1) disable all 3d party plugins and see if it helps
2) check this article https://answers.themler.io/articles/65515/themler-themes-issues-wordpress-woocommerce

I've modified define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true) to define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false);
This solved my issue.
