I made a payment for updating my license and my user's privileges for Themler were not updated.

I made a payment for updating my license and my user's privileges for Themler were not updated.
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Please log in into your account, go to this page:
http://themler.io/Purchase
Then click Upgrade next to your expired subscription and click Get next to the subscripiton listed as free for you.

Please try the following.
1. Open http://themler.io/purchase and you will see on the top your expired subscription
2. Click "Upgrade" button next to it.
3. Click "Get" near the subscription that is listed as Free for you.

ARTISTEER already confirmed the license update, I forward their reply.

"Hello Michael,

Your Artisteer license is extended, see here:
http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?p=license_info&s_keyword=0601-CCFB-F43F-EF78-4DBB

As for Themler, you need to contact Themler support directly.
Most likely the issue is in the different emails you used to buy the license in 2014 and update it now.
Themler system links the account by the email.

If you have already contacted Themler support directly, they will update your Themler manually.

Indeed, you Artisteer license was upgraded successfully so you should be able to just extend your Themler subscription for free. Could you please specify what happens when you log in under your Themler account, go to the Purchase page and click Upgrade next to the newest expired subscription? Does any of the variants appear as free for you?

I still cannot have an active account.
When I click upgrade button, there is not any free option, only turns into blue color and shows some discounts.

Please, I need to solve this problem ASAP.

Hello Michael,

We are sorry for the delay. The issue is that you ahve purchased Artisteer that includes Themler Business, but in your Themler account there is Themler Pro subscription. Could you please specify if you are offered Themler Business or other version to get, when you log in and click Upgrade?
