New customer less than 24 hours old and Themler is KILLING me!

I dont know what to do. I have been an Artisteer customer for years, now, paying every year until this year because there was nothing new to pay for. Anyway, out comes Themler and it seems actually reasonable to have a template on the site rather than a program on my computer so last night I bought the US$159 version, installed Joomla on the domain my customer wants the web site work done on and naturally the Joomla install includes Joomla sample crap that I have to get rid of before starting.

WELL hasnt THAT been a major problem? Themler has crashed many times and when it didnt, takes anything up to 15 minutes to show me the change that I wished made. How the heck am I supposed to put a web site together like that?

I noted, with some alarm once I had installed the downloaded Themler template, that the Joomla Themler is a BETA. Had I actually realised that I wouldnt have bought it until it is stable but right now it is all but unable to be used.

So, am I doing something wrong? All I did was click on the areas I didnt want and hit the delete button. Once I got to 3 of those, Themler crashed and I had to exit my browser (Firefox) entirely and go back in and start again so I took to saving every time I made a change which helps GREATLY in stopping the Themler crashes but it can take up to 15 minutes for it to save. This is killing me. We cant be expected to wait that long for one simple change.

What can I do to fix this? Anyone got an answer?

I am not shure why you have chrash problems but can you share with us what is your computer configuration (CPU, Memory....).
I install Themler and I don't have any problems (yet).

Hello Greg,
thank you for reporting that. The crash report has been logged by our system. Just in case please try to work with Themler theme in Chrome browser - does it crash anyway?
And please provide access to the Joomla admin back end so we could check the theme and settings and investigate the problem.
I converted the topic to private so you may post the access credentials here.

The default content which you see in any default Themler theme is sample content which is stored on a cloud CMS. Default Artisteer project also includes sample content. When you apply the theme to your custom Joomla only design would be applied without sample content.

1) I have the version of Themler that you upload a template to the domain for. Whatever my own computer has or doesnt have has nothing to do with it.
2) No I cant use Chrome browser. It is the most hacked browser on the planet and I really dont want to find myself in all sorts of trouble because I used it.
3) I have had it up to here with Themler for now. It just wasted an entire day for me and I ended up going back to Artisteer once more so I do want my money back please.

I have the same problem problem, and about the same background with Artisteer. I bought the top package in Themler, only to have it giving PHP errors. I do use Chrome, but the errors remain. I reinstalled, but errors are recurring.

Strangely enough, Greg, I got this same "no refund" message you got.
