Server error - server unavailable

I'm constantly having the same server availability proble. Could the support team please provide answers!

1) Disable all 3rd party plugins and retry
2) Make sure there are no security add-ons in your browser, computer or server
3) If it still doesn't work, please, create new private case and provide temporary access to your site

Hi

I've tried all of the suggestions above and it makes no difference.

This is all on my desktop version, I'm not even getting near a website yet,

I've even gone as far as deleting everything and even with a blank system I'm getting the same server error message on Wordpress. If I try and make a Joomla blank template and try to save and that works fine, but Wordpress is just not happening.

I've also tried on blank laptop and get the same result.

I've now been a week not being able to work on some WP projects which is starting to cost me money. I've loyally stuck with your product although it's been not always the most reliable but I'm now at the point that I may have to look for an alternative unless I can get this resolved,

There was such an issue in December but it was fixed.
Right now all manipulations with WP themes work fine.

Is there any program on your computer that may prevent from connecting to our server (proxy, firewall, antivirus)? Try disabling all of them.
Are you using v496 of Themler? If not, are you able to update the theme to it?

You can also try this solution:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Thanks for you responses.

Ok I've been through all the suggestions and everything appears ok.

Asking about the Version number has given me a clue to what is happening though what I have now discovered is that if I create a brand new template all seems ok and I can save and use them without problem and all are showing as v496.

However if I try and use a template that I was working on from 7 days ago, I get a version number of V367 and I can no longer save. Interestingly any new template I try to create after that also becomes a V367 and doesn't work.

I can't create a working blank template again until I open a v496 first,

Anything that shows as v367 content doesn't offer up an upgrade option, so I can't do anything with it.

I have kept all my templates updated as they become available so no idea why they seem so massively out of date.

Any more thoughts?

Update:

I've copied the manifest file from a V496 working export folder, to the export folder of my non working templates and that seems to bring me back to a working template again.

I have no idea what has gone wrong but it all seemed to happen on the New Years day, I was working happily on a template then suddenly It stopped saving.

Yes.

It wouldn't offer me the update button on any of the broken templates.

It is confusing as i keep them up to date.
