My theme won't open. I always get the error Themler is already opened in another tab even though it is not. My version is 478.

  1. If you shared access to Themler with anyone, make sure it is no longer used.
  2. Try suggestion above: clear cookies and cache in all your browsers for this site.
  3. You can also try updating password for Themler account.

I have cleared the cache in all my browsers. I have had this problem for 3 months now and I have tried all the suggestions found in Themler forums including disabling browser extensions and clearing opcache. I don't share Themler access with anyone and I only access Themler from my laptop and nowhere else. What else could be wrong?

Try changing your password, restart your computer and check if it works then.
Also try opening Themler editor without having live site frontend opened.

Hello, As suggested, I did change my password and it worked for one site. I edited the theme and saved it and quit themler. I then tried to open another site's them and i got the error again. Does it mean I have to change the password each time?

Have you please tried to clear AppCache for Themler and then browser cache?

I have the same pb, i can not access to the themler

And i applicate the differents solutions clear the cache and appcache and change the password of themler account and password of joomla = no change

message:
You already opened Themler in another tab
Themler is already opened in another tab
As Themler cannot work in multiple tabs at the same time, the current instance will be closed.
Themler will continue working in the last opened tab.

With Devtools of google chrome , in Console we have:

Where does the issue appear in your case - with Themler on your website or with Themler desktop? Does it happen in Chrome and Firefox?
