Additionally, could you please try the following:
1. Disable the option "Prevent cross-data tracking" in Safari browser:

2. Reboot the computer.
3. Run Themler for Mac and log in.
4. Try to save and export the theme and let us know the result.

Looks like the issue appeared after the security updates included into the latest Mac system updates. The issue with Themler for Mac is forwarded to our developers. Meanwhile please try to install the theme on some localhost or hosted website.
you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website or localhost.

I've tried with no antivirus, no firewall, there's still the problem...
On another mac, same problem. With a brand new install, same problem.
I've tried on a VM on the mac in order to use a windows version, it works...

The issue with the login is most likely related to the connection. If you have any security related programs on your computer, like proxy, antivirus or any other, try disabling them. You can also try to login under a different user to your computer or check if the login works in a browser on a different computer.

In this case please try to back up the existing themes if there are any, then remove Themler and remove it from the Library, then reinstall it and try to log in.

Please try to close Themler, and rename this folder on your computer C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\Themler. Then run Themler anew and try to log in.
