Submenu display and scrolling problem

Hello,
i have a problem with submenu. I have a lot of submenu and in some case, it take the entire heigh of the page, and i cant scroll down to show all the submenu.

For example in the screenshot on a laptop, i can see all the submenu. Is there a way for scrolling this submenu ?
Because if i try to scroll, i cant go down.

EDIT, it work if i dont make the section of menu as "Sticky".
But i dont know if i can make the menu scroll even if the main menu is sticky ?

It dosent work when i am in the bottom of page, even if not sticky.

Same annoying problem here. Sub menu won't go past bottom of the page. What is the fix. Really annoying.

Even if you set it to scroll you cannot scroll the full length of the sub menu, whole submenu only shows to bottom of browser and cannot move past that to see the rest of the sub menu.
