I am using Themler desktop version for Mac and when trying to update I cannot sign in to my account.
The sign in prompt appears and I complete it and then it just keeps prompting for the same details repeatedly without signing me in.

Same problem...
Uninstall, cleaning, remove antivirus and firewall, but still the same problem !
If you don't give the good password, it tells you, but with the good one, you can't sign in...

Help please !

Same problem here. It's always SOMETHING with Themler.

Nettie, please give us a link to your response in the other topic. I'm not seeing it. Thanks.

Hello Nettie,

The only other reference I can find actually relates to a Windows install, this problem is on Mac and is evident on all of my Macs, Themler works fine on my Windows 10 PC.

Please advise so I can keep working with Themler.

Hello,

I'd better post the answer here as well.
Looks like the issue appeared after the security updates included into the latest Mac system updates. The issue with Themler for Mac is forwarded to our developers. Meanwhile please try to install the theme on some localhost or hosted website.
you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website or localhost.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello,

Additionally, could you please try the following:
1. Disable the option "Prevent cross-data tracking" in Safari browser:

2. Reboot the computer.
3. Run Themler for Mac and log in.
4. Try to save and export the theme and let us know the result.

Hi All,
Since updating to OS 10.15.3 the problem appears to have gone and I can now run Themler desktop on my Mac and login to update and save without any issues.
