Dear Themler Developers,

I noticed that since the last update, the scrollbar at the right is styled with colors and design. Where can I find the options in the editor to define the style and design of the scrollbars?

Hello Dan,

Scrollbars are not styled by Themler, at least there are no such settings.
Do you mean this scrollbar:

That's super strange then, because where does my browser get the colors for the style? It's not only this page, also other pages with Themler Designs are affected.

What browser do you use?
Please, try other browsers you have and let us know if this happens there as well.

I am using the latest version of FireFox and I didn't load any addons. This doesn't happen with Edge though.

Yes, I confirm, Firefox is doing it.
You can check this https://www.ghacks.net/2019/11/11/firefox-72-dynamic-scrollbars-based-on-page-color/
Seems like starting with v72 Forefox adapting the color of the scrollbar to the site background.

This explains everything, thanks for the hint. By the way; Any chance of getting a scrollbar styling option in Themler anytime soon?

There is no CSS (styling code) that the site can control, it usually depends on the browser. But this is just my knowledge, I will definitely forward your request to the developers.

If there isn't a direct graphical option, it's highly likely that this styling is being applied via custom CSS. Many themes and builders have a "Custom CSS" or "Additional CSS" box. You might need to add or modify CSS rules there geometry dash. The properties for styling scrollbars usually involve ::-webkit-scrollbar pseudo-elements (for WebKit browsers like Chrome/Safari) and other similar prefixes for Firefox, though cross-browser consistency can be a bit of a pain without a good library.

For Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Opera (WebKit browsers), you can use a set of pseudo-elements like ::-webkit-scrollbar, ::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb, and ::-webkit-scrollbar-block blast track to finely control the appearance of different parts of the scrollbar (width, background, border-radius, etc.).
