Kris, we would need clarifications on this.
You are talking about Blog Template, correct?
If you click a menu item on a Blog Template, it should scroll down to the article on the same page, without header being visible?
An example would help.

hello... domein test-ararin.be/test1 menu items nieuws and klanten. can i maybe import 2 blogs on 1 onepagetemplate .
you will see that on the nieuws item the header is visible and also on the klanten item.

Could you please try making the News menu item go to this URL https://test-ararin.be/test1/index.php/nl/nieuws#ararin ?

Or you can add this CSS code to Home -> Settings -> Additional CSS, though you would need to check afterwards that only these two pages are affected:
