Can't login to themler though the page login

Can't login to themler though the page login using the WordPress platform. I have cleared the history turned of my virus protection for my computer, but still can't login. When I try to login I get another login popup. I have attached a picture of the popup, I try and login with that login popup but nothing happens. I'm using WordPress version 5.3.2–en_AU

I'm using Chrome and windows 10. Firefox works however I use Chrome how do I use Chome?

Hello,

In Chrome please try the following:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Let us know the result.

I'm having the same issue. I am using the Themler software on my PC desktop. Every time I try to log in, I get another pop up inside the main one that keeps going in a loop. I've tried deleting the cache/cookies but still having issues. I've attached a screenshot of the secondary popup.

Nevermind, I was able to find the solution in another post:

1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

That worked for me. Thanks!

The same problem with Joomla web editor on Chrome. I can not log-in to editor of any site. Cache cleaning doesn't solve problem. After I click Login I get:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have found the problem and will try to fix it at the nearest time. It's related to security update in Google Chrome v80. Meanwhile, please, try using a different browser (e.g. Firefox).

Hi, I work in chrome I followed this tutorial and it didn't help me still it's a login window cycled and stuff to login to themler to edit the site. please help. Thank you in advance, Zoltán

The fix is available. It is recommended, to perform the following steps so that it is applied correctly.
For Themler on the hosted website please follow these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

For Themler Desktop please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again
