Hello,
I want to create a form for adding users.
I want this form to be linked to my Joomla database in order to manage my users.
Can you tell me if it is possible and if it is, please tell me what to do next

Hello,

Themler doesn't work with database.
Any php form that you need can be added only manually.
You can check the instructions for adding simple form just to get the idea of the steps:

We cannot support creating new functioning form for adding users, we would recommend to use 3rd party plugins for this.
