URGENT!!

I can't login to my account! When I try to sign in through wordpress, it opens a login form inside the login form and doesn't allow me to gain access. I need to update a clients site urgently.

Hello,

If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Some users reported that they have completely uninstalled Chrome, deleted all Google folders in system files and then installed Chrome again, this then worked.

If you are using the Desktop version, then:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Hello,

There used to be an issue that caused Server error in the past. It has been fixed but to clear the traces it may be sometimes necessary to clearcache and AppCache.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello Nettie,

many thanks for your response.
As described, it is a problem with Firefox, which still exists.

It works with Chrome.

Best regards Thorsten

Hello,

Unable to connect with firefox because a message tells me that cookies are blocked while I have allowed everything.

On google chrome, I clean the cache and app cache but I have a message telling me that the theme is already edited in another window.

I’m stuck editing my themes.

Regards,

Pierre
