Hello Henry,

If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Some users reported that complete re-installation of chrome worked for them.

If you are using the Desktop version, then:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Das hat nicht geholfen, mittlerweile melden sich viele User, die nicht mehr abspeichern k├Ânnen. Ich habe auch gelesen, das es eine V 502 geben soll, wo kann ich diese beta downloaden????

That did not help, meanwhile many users report that they can no longer save. I also read that there should be a V 502, where can I download this beta ????

Hello Henry,

You need to login inside of Themler and there should be red Update button on top.
This also needs you to enable Beta updates under your account on themler.io site.

I will verify with the developers on Monday. But the fix for login through Google Chrome is still in progress on our side. Please, try using firefox for now.

Hello,

The fix is available. It is recommended, to perform the following steps so that it is applied correctly.
For Themler on the hosted website please follow these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

For Themler Desktop please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again
