how do I download a zip file created in the themler and exported from it? when I try to import it, a prompt appears saying that "only themler html themes are supported" I am asking for help and explanation on how I can upload to themler a website that was exported to zip from themler.

Hello,

In order to be able to edit exported theme in Themler, the user should select the option to Include Themler Editor in the export dialog window. If this option is not selected, exported theme won't open in Themler afterwards.
You can attach your theme here so we could check if it contains the editor.

If the file has not been exported with the themler editor, can you do something to include this editor so that the zip file can be imported? The next problem is that I can't log in to the login, the login window only pops up for a moment and closes immediately

Hello,

Unfortunately Themler editor cannor be included back into the theme once it hasn't been exported initially. However the theme can be installed and used as any other theme for this CMS.
From the other hand it is possible to copy theme folder from where it was created initially - for example, from Themler desktop local folder or from the hosted CMS.

As for the login issue - the fix is available. It is recommended, to perform the following steps so that it is applied correctly.
For Themler on the hosted website please follow these steps:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

For Themler Desktop please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Sincerely,
Nettie
