Hello Ming,

Go to your site on the server via FTP, go to "templates" folder and copy the folder of your current theme.
Zip it locally and open with Themler Desktop, update to latest version.

You may also check if Edit button works in firefox.

Then this is related to the theme itself. You can though try these steps as well:
If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Some users have reported that complete re-install of Google Chrome solved the issue.

If you are using the Desktop version, then:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

I installed Themler for VirtueMart on the server and MacBook laptop, the problem is the same!
This problem has been responding for 4 days! I urgently need to help customers design!
Is there a specific way to actively assist?

Hello Allen,

In case it is not default Themler theme that has the issue but some other theme, please attach the theme here for investigation.
Have you please tried the steps suggested above?
