Server Unavailable

We have updated our server for this issue for older themes. To have it work, you need to clear the cache again. If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
Some users have reported that complete re-install of Google Chrome solved the issue.

If you are using the Desktop version, then:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

I get the same problem with a Joomla theme as well...

Correct. The problem is when designing the DNN theme. Which I need. When will this be corrected?

Mine don't work too... In edge or Chrome, don't work... when i try to log in, it dissapear and appear in a looping... i can't close the window... please what's wrong?

I can confirm this issue, it happens on my end as well with DNN theme only.
This is reported to the developers.
I will let you know when it is fixed.

That did not work. It appears the server error is only happening when designing a DNN theme. Any idea why that is??? as it is the primary reason why I use Themler.
