Hello,

I took 'pro' subscription in 23 feb - no one day service did not work.
There have been no answers for the problem for 3 weeks now.
I have never received a response to questions about a refund.

So how can I get full refund because service not works for me no one day during month?
Where should I apply?

Hello,

The discussion is already in the private topic with your support team. Tried a lot of different options, but nothing works and for 3 weeks there have been no answers from support team.
