Hello,

What you have highlighted on the screenshot is not an article or a page for Joomla, but it is a template.
Template is more like part of the style rather than part of the content.
Joomla theme can use one Home template at a time. Currently, as I understand from your description, the theme is using original Home template.
In order to use another Home Template, you need to duplicate entire theme. See details here https://answers.themler.io/articles/10804/how-to-create-and-use-custom-templates

Ho cominciato ad usare Themler da pochissimo quindi ho una grande confusione in testa, vediamo se riesco a farmi capire meglio.
Ho un sito joomla con tre pagine diverse,
HOME
CONTATTI
PROGETTI
ad ognuna di queste pagine voglio assegnare una grafica diversa (template).
Dopo aver letto quanto più possibile nelle varie guide non sono riuscito a capire come fare.
Spero possiate aiutarmi.
Ho bisogno di una spiegazione dettagliata per venirne fuori.

Hello,

For your Home page the Home template is used. It can be seen on the top right in Themler in the Templates list.
For your Contacts and Projects pages there is one template used - most probably, it is Page template. It means the same design is applied to every page with Page template but the Content differs. If you would like the design to be different on one of these pages, you need to create a custom template f Page type and assign it to the selected page like described in the article providede by Gina. Please let us know if any additional questions appear in process.
