Editor Window not scrolling using JCE Editor

Joomla 3.4.3
Default Editor - JCE

When editing content, I cannot scroll to the bottom of the page in the editor window.
When I switch to tinyMCE the scrolling feature works fine.

I assume it has something to do with the editor css in my Themler template, but I'm not that savvy to figure it out.
Thank you for you help.

Actually, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
Could you please try to install the latest version of JCE editor and let us know if the issue still persists.

JCE is up to date. Version: 2.5.2
If I use the Code View the scrolling works fine. But it still doesn't work in the regular edit view.

JCE Settings are as follows:

UPDATE Very Important: I found the problem.

If the JCE Editor is set to "Use Default" there is no scrolling problem. But if editor is set to "Template Default CSS" then it won't scroll.

It's December 9, 2015 and I'm having the exact same issue.
I can switch to the TinyMCE editor and it works fine. JCE "was" working just fine until today. I'd been using it, editing and suddenly the scroll bar didn't work from top to bottom - only to just a bit longer than the visual size of the window. Any content below the visual window area was unavailable without using the down arrow key to force the screen to scroll.
When I switched to "Global Configuration > Formatting & Display > Reset Editor Styling > Yes", there are 2 scroll bars on the right and both are needed in order to go from top to bottom. Extremely annoying.

Also, the link to your "Answer" has been removed.
It's obvious this is something with Themler since I've never experienced this with Joomla in more than 7 years, and I found the issue only here in Themler...and I'm using a Themler template I'm trying to complete.

I even switched to TinyMCE, uninstalled JCE, then reinstalled to see if that would help....it did not. However, I did not close out my browser to clear any cache. I'll do that now, but I'm not hopeful.

I concur with SRuff.
I didn't make that change before I posted last.
I've just made the change to "Default" and yes....the scroll bar works fine.
