The issue may be related to the login issue in Chrome that is fixed, but in order to open the website correctly the following steps are recommended:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Hello,
I tried it with Crome, Explorer and Firefox and I checked the newest version of the browsers.
When I clicked the Update buttom, a popup window appear with "Upgrade current theme to latest Themler? Backup and upgrade / Cancel"
I choose the "Backup and upgrade" és the answere is "Ooops! Please renew the Joomla license. Choose license / Not now, thanks"
To choose license, it's jump to your site.
I think every other function is going well.

Gergő, your current Themler Subscription is for Themler Personal which doesn't support Joomla.
Joomla is supported starting with Themler Business edition.
