Hi

I created a template on Themler for https://praxis-fuer-urologie.com and it workes perfectly on Firefox. All the joomla-positions don't work on all the other browsers. Do you have an idea, why?

Hello,

I have noticed no difference between Chrome and Firefox, looks like there are no modules displayed. I can assume that the following option may be the cause. If there are not widgets or module position in the sidebar, it will be hidden in case the "Hide if Widget Area is empty" or "Hide if Podule position is empty" option is enabled. In this case just select the sidebar, go to the Sidebar tab and disable this option to make the sidebar visible on the live website.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Thank you for your fast response. I did disable all sidebars - still no modules.
Do you have any other suggestion?

I discovered, that if I open the template editor, the site looks fine on the specific browser (as if everything is taken from the cash then). If I use a default theme it looks fine, too (after I changed the position of the modules). Only on themler, modules don't show up. I even rebuilt the whole template - same problem. I also changed php - same problem.

Any ideas? Daniel

I solved the problem:

Apparently themler doesn't work with the global setting on System "advanced cashing".
It was turned on by mistake (I don't even know, what the difference is).

For anyone out there with the problem, that the modules are just shown on the browser you opened the themler editor:
Go to: Global - System and set the cashing to normal.

Maybe the themler-crew will fix this problem in the future.
