Problem with template edit, after VirtueMart installation

Dear, I made tempalte on Joomla with Themler, but after I installed VirtueMart I got this error, while try to open the template for edditing.

Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache.

Please, help me? I try new installation and the same. When I turn off the Component VirtueMart, everything works.

Joomla Version 3.9.16
Themler for VirtueMart installed
VirtueMart Version VirtueMart 3.6.10 10211
