Updating both wordpress and themler

Hi,
one of my sites using themler is really old in terms of WP, plugins and themler versions.
The site has a WP 4.7.16 version and needs to be updated to the latest 5.4
Themler version is 367
Quite all plugins need to be updated

Could you please suggest in which order should I update?
Before plugins, then Wordpress then themler?

Hello,

We recommend to update Themler themes first. Not sure about each plugin, but it is better to update Themles themes to the latest Themler version that supports the latest Wordress and WooCommerce. After this update Wordpress itself.
