One page smooth scrolling button not working

Hello, I have a problem with the smooth scrolling option in the button, when this option is enabled it moves to the section but does not highlight in the menu, while when it is turned off it moves to the section and highlights but there is no moving animation

Technical support I would like to ask for a private reply since yesterday morning:(
