Hello Marco,
It is in fact out of date. Last release was made in March 2020.
It was Beta 502. The releases made within last six months contained fixes for new Wordpress, Joomla, WoooCommerce and Virtuemart, as well as login issues with new Google Chrome version.

How to update the new version?
I have the Themler v.499
And i think since the new joomla version 3.9.18 I do not see the color and icone and the refresh not work in themler editor.
Is it normal ?
