hello

i think since the new joomla version 3.9.18
I do not see the color
and icones
and the images i loaded , are not display
and the refresh not work in themler editor, when you modifie some page
is it the new version joomla the problem?
Can you help me, please?

Hello,

It looks like the caching issue. Please try these steps:
1. Temporary disable all third-party CMS plugins, components and modules.
2. Clear cache:

3. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/14063/how-to-clear-appcache

Let us know the result. Also - is your theme updated to the latest Themler version, v. 502?

the problem is about plugins, components and modules
in my case for joomla is
JCH Optimise plugin
I disable it in yoursite.site/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=manage

And yes i can to update the last beta version of themler . I enable in my profil account

So when you disable that plugin, the color and icons appeared?

Make sure that your Cache is disabled under Global Configuration -> System.
