Hello friends, I am trying to use Themler two days ago on my mac, because I need to work, and for each button that I click or image that I try to add, I get an error "Server error", do you have any problem with the server your? or something like that ?.

I have paid $ 150USD for the system and it is the second time this year that I have problems, I think this has been a bad investment.

Urgent help!!!

Hello Carlos,
No changes were made to our server and it is working at the moment.
Please, try disabling proxy, firewall, antivirus or any other security-related software that you might have.
Please, also test if it works in Themler desktop version, rather than in a browser.

It is very rare because in my PC version, it works without problem, apparently I had to go to Windows.

A query, NIcePage, is part of the same company Themler? And if it is, there is a way to upgrade to those more updated versions, due to the current compatibility of Bootstrap among other things.

Themler should work fine on MAC with latest OS version. This issue is usually related to some other security software.

Nicepage is developed by same team. Do you mean that you want to switch from Themler to Nicepage?
