Themler crashed - download page windows version gives error

After many issues, I uninstalled Themler.
I tried to download the latest Windows desktop-version from the website, but that doesn't work:

https://getthemler.com/Themler2.1.0.441.e3ce2.exe

This site is not available
The connection has been reset.
Try this:
Check the connection
Check the proxy and firewall
Run Windows Network Monitor
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

How, where and when can I download Themler again?
