I would like a refund of the software please.

I had trouble downloading the software, and now I can't do anything with the software. Every time I try to make s change in themler I get the server unavailable error. I've reset my cache as described in the articles I've seen and I've added 127.0.0.1 to my proxy list even though I don't have a proxy turned on. Every article I see on the subject ends with your support asking the user to make a private ticket to fix the issue. I do not feel like messing with software I paid $129 for just to get it to work at the most basic level.

I've disabled all software that would prevent me from letting the program connect to the internet. Although, I don't think I'd like to have to disable my Anti virus every time I use this software anyway.

I have not imported any older artisteer files, I have only worked from a blank page from within themler. At this point I am so frustrated with this software I do not want it. I'd like a refund of my $129 please.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
