Hi

I have a new site that will not allow me to access the Themler template unless I remove Admin Tools.
Please could you tell me how to set up Admin Tools so I can get access to my template?

We have already made these changes:

Turned on:
Web Application Firewall / Configure WAV / Cloaking - Allow site templates

Added:
.htaccess Maker / Server protection / Exceptions / Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories - templates/my-template-name

Thank you, kind regards

If you have used the Admin Tools HtAccess maker. There is a field called "Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories". Just add the specific directory of your Themler template or just "templates" to allow all templates. After that rebuild the htaccess file and your problem will be solved

Thank you Scorpion.
Absolutely right,
templates/yourtemplatename
and various other additions in the Exceptions area for other Joomla extensions!

I'd done that but was still having issues.
In the end as often, it was cache!
However even clearing cache doesn't fix it but if I wait until the next day the problem resolves itself!
Love technology.
Thank you very much for highlighting the answer.
kind regards
